Grater Accra Bissa FC will lock horns with their Kado counterpart on Saturday at the third edition of the Greater Accra Zongo Intertribal Football Gala.
The Kanda Cluster of Schools park once agains hosts the tournament which was established to foster unity among tribes in the Zongo Communities
Bissas are making another attempt for the ultimate after failing to reach the final in the two previous editions.
According to the team manager of the Bissas, Sani Mohammed Bansi, it will be a moral booster to have the supporters around.
“We have always contributed the largest number Supporters to this tournament and it has somehow helped our boys to give off their best,” he said.
“We have failed to reach the final in our two previous attempts but the opportunity is there for us to do it this time.”
A total of 22 teams are participating in this years tournament which began on Tuesday February 8.
It has already seen Gawo eliminate Hausa by 1-0 as Zabarma lost 2-1 to Guruma.
Day 3 saw Sisala lose 4-3 Gurunshie on penalty shootout after 0-0 in regulation time.
