Ace Broadcaster Abu Issah Monnie has backed the call for the Bissa Development Association’s One Bissa -1GHC (1B1G) policy, saying it is crucial to the development of the fraternity.

The proposed policy to have each Bissa contributing at least 1Ghc to the BDA coffers has been left hanging.

However, Mr Monnie who was the Chairman at a get-together hosted by the Madina zone of the BDA on Sunday 17th July, says if each Bissa will accept to contribute something little to the BDA kitty, it will carry Bissas far.

In his final remarks at the function attended by some Bissa top brass, the debonair newscaster urged the association to intensify the campaign for for the policy.

“We have a lot to do as a fraternity and I believe this One Bisaa 1 Ghana is crucial to our Development,” he said.

“If each and everyone should agree to contribute a little to the BDA, we will make a giant stride.”

Dues-paying at the BDA has been underwhelming and national executives used the opportunity at the event to urge members to subscribe to its NUNA digital payment platform, which was launched in April this year.

Held at the former Bissa Chief’s residence at Madina Social Welfare, the get-together attracted over two hundred people, where members feted and networked for Zekula purposes.

It was an awards programme organised under the auspices of the Madina Bissa Chief Chirr Adam Yurusah Bandoago to rekindle the passion for Zekula among members in the zone.

Other awardees werebAlhaji Abdulai Issah Mondani, Alhaji Musah Issifu Gunla and Chirr Adam Yurusah himself.
