Bissa Chief of Bortianor, New Bortianor and New Weija (BNN) Kir Suallah Saeed Sare will launch his customised Note Book on Sunday, May 8th, as he hosts the Zekula Salla Fiesta at his palace, Bissanewsonline has gathered.
It forms part of his philanthropic contribution to the development of Bissas within his jurisdiction and the country at large.
The book launch will herald a tall list of activities lined up on the day to celebrate the Eid UL Fitr in an all Bissa affair at his New Weija palace.
“We will launch the book first before any other activity can follow, ” he told Bissanewsonline.
“By Sunday everything will be set. We will have the quantities printed and we will have an awesome time to share with Bissanor.”
Colourfully branded with his image on the cover, the books are to be shared to Bissa students free of charge across the country.
Thousands of copies are set to be issued after Sunday’s launch for onward distribution to the various, official information indicates.
However, a greater quantity of the books will be shared among children in the primary and second cycle schools in the Bissa belt.
Kir Sare’s move is in line with the “Book the Bissa Child” project initiated by the Brand Bissa Concept (BBC) in 2020.
He had earlier endorsed and paid hugely for copies of branded books from the BBC, printed under the same project.
He thus becomes the first among the Chiefs to come out with his customised books for Bissa-branding purposes.
After ascending to the seat of leadership for the three communities in the Greater Accra region, the Estate Developer pledged to support Bissas in the area of Education and Sunday marks yet another giant step in fulfilling that ambition.
A huge gathering of Bissas is expected at his New Weija Palace on Sunday as he hosts one of his biggest events since his coronation on May 22nd 2021.
