An ailing Bissa man within the Bortianor/New Weija community, Seidu Tarnageda, has become the latest recipient of Chief Sare’s goodwill after struggling for months with an illness that required treatment from outside Accra.

It comes as an extension of his benevolent gestures to reduce some financial burden on his people following the launch of the SEBE project, which is to support education and businesses.

With his left wrist amputated, Tarnageda had also been suffering from a chronic health condition but lacked the funds to travel for proper medical care. Upon learning of his predicament, respected Bissa Chief Sare stepped in to pay for Tarnageda’s transport and treatment expenses.

“When I heard of Mr. Seidu Tarnageda’s struggles with illness and the inability to access treatment, I knew I had to step in to help however I could,” Kir told Bissanewsonline.

“Our Bissa community looks after our own, and it was my honour to facilitate getting this man the medical care he desperately needed. I am just happy I could play a role in easing his suffering. We wish him a full and speedy recovery.”

This is not the first time Chief Sari has helped provide critical aid to members of Ghana’s Bissa community. He has a long history of philanthropy and support for Bissa people in times of need.

The medical support efforts by the Chief add up to various social initiatives he has established to reduce the burden on Bissas in the Bortianor/New Weija Community.

He further urged all other Bissas to endeavour to help one another in times of need, which he says is the only way the Bissa fraternity can achieve the purpose of unity it has been yearning for.
