Bissa Chief of New Bortianor Kir Suallah Saeed Sare will hold a special meeting with his people on Sunday, 27th March, at his palace, according to official information.
It comes ten months after his formal investiture as the Bissa Chief of the the New Bortianor and New Weija community.
Sunday’s meeting is the second to be held in a matter of weeks, marking the start of putting dreams into actions, after a long wait.
It is an event to nurture and build stronger ties with his people and he is expected to announce some major policies he has for Bissas under his jurisdiction.
He has previously revealed that issues of Education and the Welfare Bissas are of prime concern to him.
“Such meetings are being organized to offer the people the opportunity to put forward their ideas, suggestions and grievances to leadership,” the Palace says.
Kir Sare, who doubles as the sardawna of Bortianor Zongo comes into the Bissa leadership space with huge reputation as far as extension of Bissa influence in the Greater Accra region is concern.
He is known for his exceptional Philanthropic works across the Zongos and there are high expectations his ascension to the Bissa seat will bring more results in line with the Zekula agenda.
Kir Sare was successfully installed as the Bissa Chief of Bortianor in May last year at the Dabre Palace in Accra, becoming a member of the Bissa Greater Chiefs Council.
According to reports available to Bissanewsonline, Chief will formally name his sub-chiefs in some few weeks ahead of the 1st Anniversary celebration of his administration.
New Bortianor and New Weija have a huge number of Bissa population and the Palace believes it’s time to rekindle the interest in all for Bissa Development in the community.
