Kir Mustapha Dawuda Lengani, will seal his formal installation process on Sunday, October 2, as he finally passes through the Bissa rites to become the first ever Bissa Chief of Gomoa Fetteh.
It comes 18 months after he was chosen by the Gomoah Fetteh Traditional Council to lead Bissas in the community.
He will be crowned the Bissa way, leading the Bissas to join the fray with huge support from his people to hold sway.
Sunday’s grand event marks a day to formally grab his regal power in a ceremony being held under the auspices of the Central Region Council of Bissa Chiefs.
Ten other individuals to be earmarked for various chieftaincy positions will also go through the traditions to mark the beginning of their service to fraternity and country.
A colourful display of culture awaits participants at the Nana Adjei Palace at Krispol City in Kasoa, where history will be made once again for the Bissa fraternity.
The young Lengani man is the first ever Bissa Chief of Gomoa Fetteh and was installed by the traditional authorities of the land and subsequently endorsed by the Central Regional Council of Bissa Chiefs.
He became a man of choice for the Fetteh people after years of dedication and truthfulness in his dealings with them.
Having already passed through all the rituals in the hands of the Fetteh Traditional Council, he is now set for a formal investiture by the Bissa leadership on Sunday.
