Deputy Finance Officer of the Bissa Development Association (BDA), Dauda Mohammed Hashim (Bandaogo), has successfully graduated with a Master of Science in Defence and International Politics from the prestigious Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College.
He was one of 55 individuals who obtained their master’s Degree from the school after a 14-month study period.
At a graduation ceremony held at the renowned college on Friday, August 18, Hashim was named among some notable dignitaries, high-ranking military officials, and esteemed faculty members, such as the Hajj Board Chairman Honourable Ben Abdallah Banda who received their well-deserved degrees with great honour, marking a moment of pride in their career and personal development.
This outstanding achievement marks a significant milestone in Hashim’s professional career and highlights his commitment to furthering his knowledge and expertise in the fields of defence and international politics.
And he was joined by his family and friends to celebrate an achievement chalked up through hard work, dedication, and intellectual prowess.
Throughout the intensive programme, the Deputy Finance Officer exhibited exceptional dedication and commitment, balancing the demands of his role with the rigorous academic requirements.
His academic journey at the college undoubtedly equipped him with comprehensive insights into the complex realms of defence and international politics.

Hashim is one of eight appointees sworn into office in 2021 to formally join the National Executive Committee (NEC) of the Bissa Development Association (BDA) under the Gutare-Zanni administration.
And his newfound knowledge and expertise in defence and international politics will undoubtedly prove instrumental in his role as the Deputy Finance Officer at BDA, as this accomplishment is set to significantly bolster the association’s strategic planning and financial management capabilities.
