Darkuman Bissa Chief endorses Brand Bissa Concept

The Bissa Chief of Darkuman Abdul Razak Umar Bambara has endorsed the Brand Bissa Concept (BBC), urging the organisation to work hard for the common good of the Bissa communities.

It comes after the CEO of the BBC paid a courtesy call on him on Saturday, as part of moves to inform the Bissa top brass about the various projects his outfit wants to undertake.

He said the various projects planned to be undertaken by the BBC is something that is worth supporting.

The visit by Abdul Malik Guerm to Chief Bambara’s Darkuman residence forms part of activities heralding the September 1st announcement.
He thus become the second Bissa Chief to be visited on the same purpose after Chief Mohammed Dabri III

The two parties held a brief discussion about the various projects, which are yet to be made public.
Expressing his delight over the organisation’s moves, Chief Bambara urged the CEO to ensure the projects come to fruition.
“You have a nice project and I must say am impressed with everything you’v highlighted to me today and I endorse it.

“Be rest assured that you have the support of the Bissa fraternity and we are solidly behind you.

“These are wonderful ideas put together by you and your team, for which the benefits will touch each and every Bissa, if well managed.

“So my advice to you is ensure you will will work hard and manage this project from start to finish to the benefit of the Bissa Community.”

He reminded the BBC not to forget the Darkuman Community into its operations as it’s one of the areas in the nation’s capital that have huge population of Bissas.

The BBC is yet to publicly announced what exactly the said projects are, but according to the CEO it was the organisation’s idea to inform the leadership of the fraternity before taking any step.

“After concluding in the boardroom about what we, as an organisation, want to do for the Bissa communities, we deem it appropriate to meet and inform the leadership before making it public, hence the series of visits to leaders like you,” he said.

“I believe the strength of the BBC lies on how it will be recognised by Bissas that is why I have come to you today to explain what we want to do.

“Your prayers, encouragement and endorsement are all what we need before we take any step.”
