The Bissa Development Association (BDA) has announced the establishment of Business Platform on WhatsApp, solely aimed at enabling marketing interaction among members.
It forms part of the association’s broader plan to build economic power among Bissas, urging members to join the platform to search, employ or buy and sell.
Dubbed the Bissa Daki or Bissa Daase, in Barka and Lere dialect, respectively, the platform will help businesses owned by Bissas to better connect with potential customers and establish an official presence on the interactive page.
It will serve as a platform to create job opportunities for brothers and sisters seeking employment or in need of skills training.
Doing business on a social network like WhatsApp has been on the ascendancy as it enables enterprises and financial institutions to engage and hold one-on-one conversations with a potential customers.
And the BDA has indicated how critical it is to advantage and address the needs of businesses among members considering the growing subscription of mobile apps.
From burgeoning entities to the bigger industries, each one has an unfettered discretion to communicate with customers and grow their businesses, according to an official announcement made by the association.
“This is where you can buy, sell and search for a wide range of products of your choice Buy and sell anything from cars, motorcycles and other vehicles to mobile phones, laptops, TVs, cameras and much more,” the BDA said
“Advertise and search for property for rent & sale or advertise jobs for prospective Bissas to apply and join your firm or work on a farm land.
“This platform is strictly Business and we explore all members to abide by the rule,” it warned.
The BDA, which is the development wing of the Bissa fraternity, has about thousand members across its national, regional and zonal platforms.
And the Gutare-Zanni administration has economic empowerment among Bissas as on of its set goals.
