The Chairman of the Bissa Development Association (BDA) Alhaji Shaibu Musah Gutare-Zanni will be the Special Guest of Honour at Bissa Fitness Club’s end of season Fun Games to be held at Shukura on Sunday.
He is expected to deliver a speech and will equally perform the honorary kick off before the start of a football match between the BFC’s team and a selected side Zeba Zeba 11.
That will come just an hour after club members have gone through a special aerobics exercise as one of the main events of the day.
It is going to be a 4-hour action-packed evening at the Lord’s Wembley Stadium at Shukura in Accra.
And the leader of the BDA’s National Executive Committee (NEC) has promised to dedicate two hours of his busy schedules to be with his “bothers and sisters on the said day”, urging other executives in the region to make it to the event ground.
“I will be there at 5pm on Sunday Insha Allah, I will spare some 2hrs of my time to be with them,” he said.
“I wish to urge all other executives who can make it to try and let’s socialize with our brothers and sisters on the said day.”
It is an end of season fun games for the Keep Fit club as it goes on recess for the month long Ramadan fasting.
A huge turnout is expected as Chairman Gutare-Zanni takes the opportunity to propagate his Zekula policy to the Greater Accra youth side.
The BFC has been in existence for four years and their activities keep attracting attention from some Bissa dignitaries across the country.
An early evening workout will precede a selected list of fun games, which will be cllimaxed with a special refreshment to cap off an entertaining long season of fitness works.
While the female membes will compete in Sack Race and Spoon and Lime race, the male team will engage the Zeba Zeba 11 in a football match, which is the top liner of all the activities.
It is the fourth time the BFC is carrying it’s activities at the Lord’s Wembley but Sunday’s edition comes with a historic visit of the man who Chairs the umbrella body for all Bissas in the country.
